So far we have always been able to eat absolutely delicious burgers, both on site and at home. Sometimes the order takes a little longer than stated, but at peak times this is not a problem. Unfortunately, our last order arrived almost an hour late after a telephone call, the burgers were completely cold for the first time and therefore unfortunately not really enjoyable. After another complaint by phone, the employee hung up without comment with the words "There's a lot going on at the moment and he can't help it". Unfortunately in such a tone that this was our last order. Pity... P.S. This is NOT a fake rating, as you apparently comment on any criticism on Google. ADDENDUM: The invoice amount was reimbursed within a few hours without comment, there is an additional star. Just hang up, you still don't ...

I've ordered several times now and tried different dishes on site, the burger is juicy, the selection of sauces is very large and the salad is fresh, I think it's by far the best burger I've ever eaten, the kitchen is open and you can eat it Watching people how fresh and clean everything is prepared, I can recommend everyone to try it, no comparison to competitors who simply use freezer pads. 👍👍

Great burgers, great fries, great sauces, everything great. It feels better every time! Still a small criticism: The staff is nice, but often sounds a bit unmotivated on the phone, that should be improved .. Could put off new customers!

The place is clean, the staff is friendly, the furniture is cool, the burgers taste great, the prices are totally okay. I have often ordered home - delivery time was given as 40 minutes, but delivery came after exactly 9 minutes! Always happy.

Bürger was ok, but if you order cheeseburgers with bacon, you'd better go to mcdonalds and Co ??? Bacon is not that !! More like fried boiled ham !!! The thick fries are not crispy but totally soft🤮 And all for a decent price! Well, we tried it and now we know that this shop has no future. Is my opinion.

Great shop, always fast delivery, very good juicy meat and the fries are delicious and fresh, will order more often! Quality has its price, but you really get it for your money. Very nice team, good luck ....

Ordered online, everything was great. After 50 min. The mail came your order was declined. Then I called and asked why that is ... You would have a problem with the technology, it can happen. An employee then said: The order goes out immediately. 1 hour later still nothing. When I called and asked it said order was declined. Unfortunately I can't get out of my office here and the Lux Burger is 800m away. NEVER SORRY AGAIN. I DON'T TELEPHONE MY FOOD. That means if I hadn't called I would still be waiting. A call from them would have helped. I've never seen it like this before.
